"I have used Jean’s Cleaners for my occasional dry cleaning needs several times and always had a good experience. Jill was friendly and courteous when I dropped off a formal dress and a cashmere sweater for cleaning. I was notified by text just 3 days later that they were ready. The dress came out perfectly, but unfortunately I noticed two holes in the front of the sweater. I contacted the owner, Dan, and he was quick to apologize and remedy the situation with reimbursement for the sweater. I appreciate the professionalism and I know that if anything does go wrong, I can trust them to make it right."

"I drove down all the way from North Adams when I got out of work after talking to them on the phone specifically about something I wanted done and I arrived there at 2:55, 5 minutes before they close. The woman was standing right at the counter while I was pulling on the door and just looked at me. I called up and the woman was not only rude on the phone but unprofessional and seemed kind of dumb like she didn't know what was going on when she was the woman I spoke with. I wouldn't recommend having these people dry clean your socks. Horrible horrible waste of my time driving down here"

"Nice enough people. Decent service... However, not only is $9 for a pair of pants very high, but the two times I’ve taken pants here there were major creases that they made by not properly pressing the pants. I had to iron them myself again once I got home. That should never happen when you pay $9 to dry clean a pair of pants that only cost $40. For this reason I won’t take my clothes here any more."
