I've previously used CRN for cleaning our Navien tankless system. -- prior review -- I used CRN to clean a tankless water heater system we have. The technician was punctual, efficient, and cheerful! He also enlightened me more on recommended maintenance etc... to maximize performance & lifespan of the unit."

"This company is a fraud. Don’t use them! They over charged me $250! They originally charge me $250 to hook up a dryer in my home, a 10 minute job at best. I checked my credit card statement and saw that they charge me an extra $250 on top of the $250 I was quoted. Unbelievable. When I confronted them about this they said that second $250 charge was a mistake and that it should’ve been a $67 charge instead.. 67.00 for what? Total scam. Do not use them!"

Out of all the plumbing companies I spoke with, they were the most detail oriented, and made sure that they got me the most ideal product at the best price. They were quick to respond to all my queries and wanted me to be fully comfortable with all details before I signed the contract. I didn’t have a regular plumber that I’d used before, so I was frantically calling anyone who could possibly help. CRN was the first to not give me a “we can be there Monday morning” answer, and the customer service I received was excellent. They were able to move appointments around to handle my emergency issue within the hour, and quickly installed a new heater at a reasonable price.
