"My experience here was a waste of time, I brought a necklace in to get a simple repair the piece (circle) that connects the chain to the clasp, a younger woman was working and quoted me $35 for the repair but said Saturday/ Sunday were the only days the man who does the actual repair would be there, so I went back a few days later on a Saturday and a new older woman was working and she told me the repair was now $45 dollars and said the younger girl was making alot of mistakes that $45 is the price not the $35 I was quoted, $10 more now w no listed prices anywhere, i walked away bc that seems like a shady place esp after explaining I was just quoted another lower price days earlier and that’s why I came back if that was the owner she should have known that made them look bad, i ended up going go Peronis in Malden they charge $25 for this repair and it was done in less than 10 mins, lesson learned - do your research before coming to a place in the mall"
