Itwent very smoothly with everything E ZHome Search managed, but I never felt I was working with a business or a company. I just felt I was working with Chris! Chris took care of things in a such a way, you'd think it was his mom's home he was selling. Everything he had control over went like clock work. Tasks that hit his desk were done quickly. I hired him over the phone in a 15 minute conversation. Things he agreed to then, happened! He said he would do his best for the family, get the most for our older family home and he did! Christopher Terry was able to create a road map for me to follow from listing, to prepping the house through offers and to closing. I worked with others in various needs in navigating probate, lawyers, legal assistants , banks; Chris is the only one I would work with again. He will be your franchise player in the process... you want him on your side. The suggestions he made for making the home most attractive to buyers, timing the listing and open houses were what made the house ready to sell , at right time for a great price. Chris marketed the house so well we had multiple offers in just days. The house sold for $50k over our asking price! Though Massachusetts is a State that demands/ requires that lawyers complete the closing of real estate transactions, it was Chris Terry that kept closing on track and kept us calm until closing day. His fees were known upfront from the first conversation and never changed from better than reasonable costs... something quite opposite from the legal firm experience... which nearly trippled!. Chris navigated The whole process with me living 3000 miles away, working my 3 jobs. He helped me keep family calm with facts, offer comparrison charts and a steady confidence in this house selling well. He was right. He isn't new to real estate sale but still has a high level of excitement in doing the work needed. He kept his promise to keep my to do list short, because he was able to target only those changes that were important and would...and did pay off. I never knew Chris before needing his help after the passing of my mom. All I can say is you really want him on your side."
"I first met Chris in 2008 when I was looking to buy my 1st home. He asked what I was looking for, and of course my wish list. He worked relentlessly to find a home that would fit the bill.
