"I can't say enough good things about Nate. He made the whole selling my house experience a breeze. Nate reached out to me in January out of the blue. He had done his research in my area and gave me a suggested retail higher than any of the other realtors that "cold call" home owners. I liked what he had to say so I saved his number. A few months later at the end of March I was thinking about selling and gave Nate a call. He came over extra prepared with an entire packet showing house sales in the city over the last 2 years, the median prices, what houses like mine are selling for in my area, and a suggested sale price. I thought about it and called him a couple days later to sign the paperwork to start the process. Let me tell you, Nate made the whole process SO easy. He handled everything every step of the way. Nate had his photographer come by for pictures and when those came in he showed my house to the other agents in the office which generated a lot of buzz so he asked me if he could do a soft showing before my property went live online with clients from the office. I said sure and a couple days later I had about 20-30 people (agents & their clients) at my house doing a walk through. I got an offer the next day for MORE than my asking price before it even hit the open market. Offer was accepted & paperwork signed. I'd lived in my house for 40+ years so I needed a little extra time to empty out my house and make sure everything was ready. Nate played middleman and got me what I needed. Nate was at my house to meet every inspector that came and made the WHOLE process seamless. At the end when we were getting down to the wire and I was having some issues getting ride of things that couldn't go in the dumpster Nate came through TWICE with his guys. I told him what I needed and he took care of it and nothing came out of my pocket up front. It all came out at closing.
