"Worst showing ever. Jeff used the bait and switch. The listing does not specify that you can't view one of the apartments. Once my agent made the appointment, wasn't told by Jeff either. Wasted my time viewing half a property. Was told that I could view the apartment after putting an offer. Why would I make an offer on a property that I couldn't see? My agent asked questions to which Jeff answered "I don't know". I was very interested in this property since my grandparents lived there 30 years ago and wanted to buy it for sentimental and investment reasons. He was very rude and once we told him we wanted to see the first floor he started to ignore us. Sellers and buyers beware!"
