"I went threw CTI lowell. They sent out David M Murphy Plumbing which I had before 2 yrs. ago 3 Star. This time they send out Kyle (youg guy campare to me). This man was very polite and very informative on what he was doing. He explained eveverything he did, which I like. But what I like the most is ask for a job discription report of what was done on my heating unit and Maryannye( office personal) sent one right to my house no problem.
