"I absolutely love this place, they specialize in Hondas and I have a 2007 honda accord so I bring my car there for anything it needs and I'm always happy with the result!"
"Was supposed to be seen at 10:00 10:30 and had to wait half an hour to 45 minutes past that time. That's not taking into consideration the customer's time. I understand that they're behind but that is something that they should call and let the customer know. But with that said, loke, didn't even ask for our telephone number meaning that he didn't really care for us as customer"
"Would highly recommend going elsewhere. I came in on an afternoon and after a 10 minute look was told he thinks it would cost ~$750 to repair a rattle in my engine and a check engine light with the ECM/PCM system. I said multiple times to call me before to clarify and double check after he knew for sure what the issue was. The next day I got a call about noon saying the issue was fixed and I could pick up my car, and was never called to confirm I wanted the repair done or to confirm a diagnosis. I paid the $750 and asked four times when picking it up what was done to it and all I got was “I reset the computer” and was told there were no new parts. All my receipt said was “ECM computer repair” and $750. So I am lead to believe that I paid $750 for 2 hours max of labor for a problem that I could’ve fixed myself. I looked in the hood and I saw a new power relay which takes 15 minutes and $50 to replace on the very very high end and my car still rattles. Highly disappointed with customer service and transparency of work. Update: Had more issues with the same general part and was told elsewhere the whole system needs to be replaced 3 months after they worked on it and was quoted the exact same amount they quoted me to replace a small portion of it."
"I’ve been a customer of Loc and his son for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve had many services done with them and is always satisfied. Legit honest business with great knowledge of mechanics and prices. Would recommend this garage for everyone!"
"I called because of all the 5 star reviews and was not disappointed. I was able to bring my car in same day. He showed my the issue and had it fixed in under the 2 hrs he thought it would take. Very reasonable rates. EDIT: I returned with a simple issue and got a different mechanic. Couldn't be bothered to get off the phone. Was rude and dismissive. Still reasonable rates, but I've taken my business elsewhere."
