"If I could give them 0 start that would be it! Not professional at all! Charged me $1000k and after not fixing my car told me “you can file a complaint at court” If you are looking for an auto body to repair your car I would NOT recommend W.F auto repair located 70 Rock st B2, Lowell - MA I saw some positive recommendations about him on the page and after how we were treated I would never recommend him to anyone. I took a Honda Civic to have the air conditioning repaired, he charged me $1000 dollars, the first time he charged $600 dollars and it didn't solve the problem, I took it to be repaired again and he charged me another $400 dollars. After taking my money he just dragged me around and at the end of it all he just said “take me to court”. He gave me some drafts with a 6-month “guarantee” stamp. Of a service he never provided me. I hope no one goes through what we went through, my sick mother had to use the car all summer to go to the doctor and imagine driving in a car in the heat with high blood pressure and numerous health problems. I'm not the type to come to the pages to "burn" a service provider for our Brazilian community, but unfortunately I don't want anyone to go through what we went through! This is my review and experience about this “company”!"
