Moving company was waiting at 150/hour. J Barret refused to pay this hour even though it was a direct cause of their error. House that was purchased had mold but this was not disclosed. Denied some of the information on their sell sheet after the house had been sold. Not trustworthy - beware if you are buying from them"

"Kate Richard from J. Barrett is the listing agent for a condo in my building. During an open house, my dog sitter had accidentally parked in the wrong parking spot. Rather than realizing a simple mistake had been made and allowing my dog sitter to move her car, Kate called a tow truck and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My dog sitter was ready to move the car and told her she just needed to put the dog in the house and she responded “no, you need to move the car now.” I couldn’t imagine allowing someone like this to list my property. Take your business elsewhere."
