"I couldn't get through to anyone via phone. The rental agent primarily communicated through email with one phone call. Despite my attempts to call back, leave messages, and send emails, there was very limited or no response. After replying to a text about the best time to reach me, there was no further professional effort to call me back. Eventually, I stopped trying to reconnect. The office, I think, is in Milton, and regrettably, they also charge a broker's fee. They aren't reliable in assisting with apartment searches."
