"I lived in this apartment complex and had a positive experience. Although the neighborhood might seem rough at first, once you get to know the people, you'll find they are actually good and friendly. One of the biggest perks of this location is the convenience. Stores like Market Basket, TJ Maxx, HomeSense, CVS, etc., are all within walking distance. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops near by. Public transportation is also close by, which makes commuting easy. The apartment itself is well-furnished. It comes with a TV, fridge, Murphy bed and microwave. Laundry is available in the basement. The management is another highlight. They are friendly and always willing to help with any issues or concerns. Overall, this apartment offers great value, especially considering the location and the amenities provided. If you're looking for a place that's both convenient and affordable, I recommend checking this place out."

"Honestly, I was a little skeptical from all the reviews here on google but I had a great experience living here. I moved to Massachusetts from out of state and the agent who helped me, Patrice, was able to do the viewing via FaceTime. Not sure if this is depending on your credit check but I paid 1st month, last month, security & key deposit. I got my last month & security & key deposit back after about 3 weeks after moving out (depends on when they inspect the unit). Things I experienced with New Boston Management: 1. THEY paid to have services come to my out of state apartment for bed bugs. The fact that they care about taking care of their properties is a plus for me. 2. I see a lot of posts about people complaining not being able to have pets but I previously lived at an apartment where there were constant dog barking so I was pretty happy with the peace and quiet. I'm sure this policy was set in place for a reason, maybe people not cleaning after their pets, destruction on the property, etc... 3. I had one maintenance that needed to be done at the apartment, leakage to the AC/Central Air. They responded pretty quickly via the online portal and had someone come check it out within 1-2 days. 4. Only thing I would probably say is that they can work on is the response time of getting back to you if you have a question, now to be fair, I do not know how many staff they have working in customer service and also how many property locations they are managing but it takes 2-3 sometimes 4 days for someone to get back to you and that's with me following up every couple of days. Overall, I do recommend New Boston Management, the apartment is modern and very clean. I think as long as you're a good tenant, I think you'll like it here."

"New Boston was my first experience of apartment living post undergrad. The new Boston team explained everything to me from the move in process to what I was being charged. They did ask for a bed bug check before I moved in. The apartment building is really quiet and super clean!"

He was very personable, transparent, and understanding, and his consistent communication and eagerness to help made for a seamless move-in experience.
