Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Logan Airport/Chelsea

"My stay at this hotel was disappointing on several fronts. Not only was the pool left uncleaned for three days, but the constant noise from trains disrupted my nights, and the breakfast options were limited, lacking fruits, cheese, potatoes, pastries, and pancakes. Furthermore, a notable issue was the parking fees. In contrast to the information on the hotel's website, Booking, and my confirmation, I was charged $20 per day instead of the advertised $15. This discrepancy in rates was an unwelcome surprise and adds to my overall disappointment with this establishment."

"If you find yourself in Chelsea, this is a good spot to be. The people are very friendly, it’s within walking distance to decent number of restaurants, parking is never a problem, and the wifi works well. The rooms work well for the price. And, the breakfast is fairly good, and changes daily. Not a lot of complaints. I come here often as a business traveler."

"This has to be one of the worst stays I’ve had at a Marriott. We were skipped over for room service and then I asked the front desk to have someone look at the shower because the drain was clogged and backing up. The first day they said they fixed it. Took a shower that night and still stopped up. Told them again that evening and they said the maintenance guy had already left so they would leave a note for the next morning. Fast forward to the next evening. Back to the room, find a note from maintenance saying it was fixed, get a shower and ankle deep in water within two minutes. This is absolutely disgusting. I guess on a good note, we finally did get housekeeping today along with a card for me to send them a tip. Maybe if we hadn’t been skipped and didn’t have to take a shower with hair clogs I would consider it."

"Just north of Boston across the Charles River. A little far from downtown but there is a bus station across the street. You can also use Uber to get back and forth for about $21 and still save money compared to the downtown hotels. They do provide a free shuttle to the airport, but no pick up. There is also a shopping center across the street with a grocery store and several restaurants within a short walk. Our room was spacious with a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, stove and cooking and eating utensils.They serve a nice buffet-style breakfast with a lot of variety of fruit, breads, eggs, sausage, yogurt, etc. Free coffee is always available in the lobby and there's a decent gym, too. The staff is friendly and accommodating and I would stay here again and definitely recommend it as a good place to stay if you visit the Boston area."

"Are you kidding me with this hotel room? First, the bathtub is clogged and the bathtub hose is leaking hot water even when using the sprinkle. Second, the bath towels reek a strong smell of industrial cleaner / sanitizer, which made us very uncomfortable using them. Third, the body lotion bottle must be quite old that the nozzle was actually sealed by the aged lotion. Very disgusting. Fourth, the internet is super hard to connect to, and once you are connected, it does NOT even work for sending a message. Might as well disable it since it is totally useless. Fifth, there are NO dish detergent, no sponge scrub. I mean this is "Residence Inn" right? Sixth, the dishes and cups are dirty with fingerprints on. This is by far the WORST Residence Inn I've ever stayed and I've stayed this establishment a lot. And... in the bedside table, they even put a card saying "Scan and leave a tip"???!!!"
