Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea

"I like the layout of the room. They are up to date and very functional. Unfortunately my room was fairly beat up. They're gouge marks in the door and cracks and bumps in the tile in the bathroom. But it seemed to be pretty clean. I stayed here because it's a couple miles from the airport. But the route from the airport is a little circuitous. It takes 15 minutes to go the 2 miles."

"Numerous reasons for giving this hotel 1 start. First of all of all when we arrived at the hotel the floor was so sticky that stuck to the floor. Carpet was filthy. Ask manager to have house keeping clean room and it was not cleaned. Hide away bed did not fit in the area to pull out bed. Water in the shower was cold. called the manager and said that there was nothing that she could do because there was no engineer. The bed mattress were very uncomfortable and pillows felt as though they were bought from the dollar store. Could not change the temperature of the fridge and all our produced ended up freezing My family was very disappointed with this Hotel. We have always loved Homewood inn and suites and sadly we were very disappointed with this hotel. I will never be staying back here again!"

"The rooms were okay. Issues I had were tears in the sofa, they have energy efficient heating and cooling so the units run in the bedrooms but the living space has a fan that operates only when movement is detected in that space causing the living space to be warm and the bedroom cold. TV service wasn't good. Picture quality was pixelated and dropped routinely. The hallway was dirty the second night of stay with diapers and trashcan beside rooms."

"Beautiful hotel, ample parking but $15/day, kinda expensive. Clean lobby, friendly staff. Awesome room design. Room 229 initially assigned had no working cooker, called front desk and room was changed immediately. However, the new room had some missing utensils - pot and forks, no sink stopper, lots of wear and tear with the pullout bed. They need to update their website to reflect no pool services as advertised. Misleading, one of thereasons I chose the hotel. Overall, nice stay, hardworking staff, the lady cleaning the lobby and dining area did awesome work! Thank you!"

"This was an impromptu mini vacation down to Boston and Salem. We booked and stayed at Homewood Suites and it was an easy booking process/reservation process. The room was great! It was literally a mini apartment. We had a kitchen with eating area, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The only thing our microwave was not working but we were not in the room enough to use it so no problem. The best part for me was the hotel being pet friendly. I was able to bring my husky and he had a nice amount of room to wander around. Their complimentary breakfast was delicious and had every option you could think of. Our days started very early so we were down there at 6AM (when it started) so had a huge selection. The front desk was accommodating and professional. The facility was very clean and nicely located in a quiet area about 12 minute drive to the city. I really enjoyed my stay here and wish it was longer but when visiting Boston in the future I will definitely stay here again."
