"Where do I begin... At first they were nice. Fast forward about 2 months where we kindly requested a repair for water damage from ice dams. We sent 4 certified letters and at least 15 emails requesting the repair. Nothing. I called about 4 months ago (after living there for a year and a half) and requested my faucet fixed. The wife demanded that I fix it, and I immediately said no. Common sense says if you don't own it, don't touch it. She proceeded to scream at me and refuse to send someone. Not even 5 minutes later, her husband was at my door pounding for a solid 2 minutes, unannounced. We dealt with them calling us several times a month for money that we didn't even owe. We have record of paying our rent early each month, yet we were constantly harassed by these people!! They even raised the rent by $250 on an unsanitary building. There's mold, no insulation, mice, and there is only one accessible egress. Now we have mostly moved out. We have some items still at our unit and they sent someone into my apartment; illegally, to "make sure the heat is on." I was called by my neighbor and then called out the owners of the building. They didn't even own up to the fact that what they did was against the law. No call, they just decided to go in my home. If you see apartments for rent by these people, RUN! They are slumlords. Do not rent from them for your own sake!!!"
