"*LOCATION* First thing to mention: This hotel houses indigent and homeless individuals thru a state funded program . If the type of quest at your stay is important to you then you should really take this into consideration before you book. *CUSTOMER SERVICE* The front desk was friendly and helpful upon check in. *ROOM* I noticed that the room pictures on the site don't seem to be the actual pictures of the rooms at this location. I was attracted to the hard surface/rugless floors depicted in pictures but that is not what I got. Additionally, because of the the type of guest they mainly serve; the kitchen has ZERO dishes, utensils, and/or small appliances. You can use these if you ask the front desk, otherwise, don't expect them in your room. *CLEANLINESS* At first glance the room appeared clean but when you take your time to look around with good lighting you will notice that the cleaning staff clearly cuts corners or are not well trained. My bathroom sink was dirty and full of hair and/or another substance, and the toilet had a pubic hair on the seat. *CONDITIONS* Lastly the kitchen was in rough shape. It resembled the type of kitchenettes you get at a road side motel that has not been updated in years. *WI-FI* The WiFi here is trash. You can only connect to check email or something that requires very little bandwidth. If you want to stream a movie, watch YouTube or something similar you HAVE TO PAY for the WiFi because there is not enough strength to have you perform your task. *FREE BREAKFAST* Do not chose this location because it says free breakfast. Their cold/grocery item breakfast consist of oatmeal packets (no milk), granola bars, prepackaged muffins, hot cocoa packets and coffee. *PRICE* Overall, I find the location overpriced for the condition of the rooms and the lacking amenities."
"The hotel was deplorable! It smelled like cat urine. The smoke alarms went off at 3am because someone was smoking in stairwell, and at 7:45am the ceiling was leaking from room upstairs. They had no maintenance person to take care of it. No other rooms to be switched to. I’m asking for a refund for that night. I did not feel safe either. It was awful!!"
"Filthy. I have literally been to cleaner hotels in third world countries. Stains on every surface. Gum on the sink with hair still in it. Previous guests’ garbage under the beds. Damaged walls and furniture. Burn marks all over the rugs (and stains). And the smells… just horrible. Trust all the reviews you see- look elsewhere. Update: sleep with the lights on… COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE! *Management response to review: this is the same response they give every poor review and clearly nothing has changed. I am appalled with the public response- it is not genuine. When I expressed my concerns to the front desk just after check in I was told “I thought the room was clean.” I understand they were fully booked so moving was not an option. No offer to send someone to clean the room and take care of the trash. I was looked in the eye and told “There is nothing I can do.” Followed by returning to her work and pretending I was not there. A full refund is appropriate for the conditions- not, “nothing we can do” and “does not meet our standards.” Do better."
"If you're sick of having to pay an incidental fee & then waiting a month to get your deposit back then THIS is the place for you. They do not charge or hold any extra money then what you already paid. The rooms are a little outdated but they are very large & have a kitchen. The beds are big & comfortable & rooms have plenty of storage. The TV is way to small. Oh n beware of the "free breakfast" it's literally oatmeal packets, individually wrapped blueberry & chocolate muffins & 2 kinds of granola bars. I have yet to get a single packet of oatmeal bc they are always gone by the time I get down there. There is also laundry & vending machines. Overall for the price (cheaper thru 3rd party sites), location & no additional fees. I would recommend staying here especially if your on a tight budget & don't want to pay a $ 50 - $150 a day incidental fee."
"I stayed here a few years ago and it was fine. So it was a no-brainer to pick this location for a recent trip. Not a chance would I have expected it to be a nasty place to stay. Dirty, poor service & I think it's most state funded house for migrants."
