"It’s fine to have a location posted and want to quickly sell. Being unprepared with all the required information is different, to the informed buyer. Forms from his seller were filled out incorrectly. The property had a solar panel lease that would be passed on, which he could not provide the terms for. Additionally there was a trust associated with the property he never provided information or bylaws for. These are all pertinent questions and when the response is a laugh, that just speaks volumes about his own character. If you have money to spend and aren’t afraid of potential pitfalls, by all means"
