We ended up with a highly competitive agent fee relative to all those standard rando moms out there showing people homes and sharing their rando opinions for big national agencies and big agent fees. Mariana was extremely responsive, understanding, intelligent, strategic, and a good negotiator. Since it’s her own agency company, you can tell she has the drive of someone growing their actual own successful multi-state business. We interviewed three agents before choosing one and are definitely glad we ended up going with Mariana’s Invest Realty. They had/have their own appraisers license, which was an amazing tool to have for competitively and knowledgeably pricing the home. Much better than all those generic soccer moms out there printing out automated Zillow reports. Mariana’s a true skilled professional - it’s amazing to receive a response right away from your agent on a Saturday evening when you’re trying to resolve something you’re concerned about, and her contractor contacts were outstanding (and we needed many), which is hard to achieve in New Hampshire since so many people are just terrible at what they do there lol. "It’s fine to have a location posted and want to quickly sell. Being unprepared with all the required information is different, to the informed buyer. Forms from his seller were filled out incorrectly. The property had a solar panel lease that would be passed on, which he could not provide the terms for. Additionally there was a trust associated with the property he never provided information or bylaws for. These are all pertinent questions and when the response is a laugh, that just speaks volumes about his own character. If you have money to spend and aren’t afraid of potential pitfalls, by all means"
