"Moved from a good location to a horribly inconvenient one. Smart move geniuses. Update: this inside ATM this morning (April 9th, 2023) froze on my accounts page and refused to give my card back. I had to yank my card out but it's still frozen on my accounts page. Avoid this bank at all costs. Update: it appears HarborNone has had some trouble with hackers. Got a nice email from my mortgage lender that my account was locked due to this. Seriously this is pathetic."
"Awful location. Hard to enter and exit, tight parking and inside building is cramped with a tiny little teller desk for 2, no privacy. Makes no sense why they moved their location. Horrible."
