"WOW I have used commerce insurance company for 16 years through FB insure and paid them 90$ on friday via customer service, and told them I would pay the full amount when my bank transfer went through. When I call them to pay their billing says I am up to date and my next payment is due September! Confusing. It is now tuesday and they denied reinstating the coverage I would need & to get it written with another company. THIS IS UNREAL AS I WAS GOING TO PAY IN FULL. I have paid in full before and this was my second bill for this years coverage. I did not pay because I went on vacation!! They have also gone up in price almost 800/900 dollars since 2018 for the same coverage NO ACCIDENTS OR ANYTHING. I JUST SIGNED UP WITH GEICO AND AM PAYING 1400 DOLLARS LESS FOR SAME COVERAGE. ALSO I feel super bad for the agent as it is not their fault but do yourself a favor and absolutely do not get mapfre/commerce they do not care about loyal customers."
