"I have to say Arron is the worst lender that I have ever dealt with , I'm a realtor for 10 years and he is the worst, from ordering the appraisal late then blaming it appraiser for not getting the job done, which is a blatant lie, I spoke with the appraiser who stated "when she received the order for the appraisal she contacting me immediately , went out the next day and had the report over to him 1 day later, keep in mind that was roughly 4 weeks after the P&S was signed. His lack of communication is horrible and very unprofessional, not returning phone calls or answering emails. Thats just the beginning, when you have a lender who forgets to send out the appraisal waiver and forcing everyone to wait an extra 3 days to close, is horrible. I cant wait to hear who he blames for that. All I can say to my realtor friend and anyone looking for a lender . DO NOT USE THIS GUY, YOU WILL BE TREMEDOUSLY DISAPPOINTED!!!"
