"Contrary to most I had a positive experience twice at this location recently. I stopped in due to issues with a branch more local to me. The teller, Rahi took the time to help me after what was a long line on a Friday afternoon. He set me up with an appt where I met with Shelbee who was very helpful solving the issue I had and creating a plan forward. I do agree that this location is probably busy enough for an expansion/extra staff, but that is out of control of the good people in the branch. Enter with patience and a few minutes to spare and you'll find them very helpful."

"This place has fees for fees. Its not a bank that cares about its customers. It's about the money. They also tried to knock my bank Rockland Trust. They can't compare to Rockland. It took 23 minutes for me to cash a check that was drawn from them. Ridiculous. As a business owner I would never do business with them."
