"I have had no problems with this branch. They're as friendly as any other bank. No problems but nothing spectacular. I do not like their customer service call center though. They do not tell you where you're calling when you reach a rep, they get nasty when you ask for fees waived as a courtesy even if it's their error. Also they are not very knowledgable and if you call back for the same question you'll probably get conflicting information. I wouldnt recommend to someone I know. There are better more reliable banks."
