"I am thoroughly shocked that this store scored so low. I've been through a lot of banks and they have been the most friendliest, kindest, type of people that I could be friends with. They're incredibly helpful and took their time to explain every single option to me and it didn't matter to them what I chose, and they were more than happy to just sit and go over it with me and then they had some fun when the time was right and we all had a good laugh. I have to give a serious shout out to Belkis who is absolutely incredible and helped me open up all kinds of accounts that I've never had before so thank you! Monita, keep dreaming girl! Your time will come, lol! She's just the funniest lol. And then Alexis and Minnie were on I think the third time I went in and they were just as great. I think I could name the whole staff at this point! But those four definitely stood out in more ways than one, ALL REMARKABLE WOMEN!!!!!"
"I asked for a notary @ 8:25 I was told he would be available at 8:30. I waited. He didn’t come until 840 even though he’s in the building for 10 minutes. Explain to tell her that I have that very busy day and if he’s gonna be more than a minute or so I would come back, when he did, the first thing he said to me, I should’ve made an appointment"
"My father has been banking with TD in Seabrook since 1990- when it was a different bank (Fleet Bank, maybe?). He passed away due to Covid in 2020. I had tried to open an estate account to administer his estate. I specifically asked for a business account and gave them paperwork from my lawyer with a business license # from the state of NH. I asked for checks and a debit card. I got temporary checks, when I found out I had to pay $11 to order more thought it was weird, but I paid it. Then I found out they gave me a business account….but registered it in the system as a personal checking account so I now have to pay $5.99/month for account fees. I also have to pay $10 to cash a check without depositing it. Oh, and because someone screwed up when the opened my account I cannot set up online banking and nobody knows how to fix that. For some reason they also have a policy that if your monthly statement gets mailed back to TD they no longer send you a printed copy of your monthly statement. So I cannot do online banking and now I have to go to the bank to request my monthly statements for my accounting records that I have to show probate court. Oh…and if I want a bank check to pay for something or to distribute funds for beneficiaries I have to pay $10 for each “cashiers check”. Problem is, when someone dies and you have to open an estate account…..you have to use the bank that they used you cannot just use your own bank that doesn’t charge you for cashiers checks or any monthly fees for just having a checking account, they even reimburse me for any ATM fees AND they fix any issues that they have with your account, though I have never had any issues and I love my Credit Union! All checks are cashed and cleared within 3-5 days! Couldn’t ask for a more friendly and caring bank!"
"Bad customer service. I went in to cash a TD check, but don't have an account. I was coldly told by the male teller that he needed a credit card to charge me $10 and that he didn't have 100s. I can't take money out of you bank that someone gave me without giving you money??? You are a bank and don't have 100 dollar bills? I'm happy I don't bank here."
"RUDE!! The guy at the counter is absolutely horrible asked if I had an account I said no I was just looking to cash it and he said I need a second form of id I explained that at Newmarket td bank I didn’t need a second form and he said with an attitude well they aren’t following the rules. Honestly I don’t know what your rules are but he shouldn’t be in customer service at all."
