Reviews
"This library is beautiful. Nice tables and chairs as well as a decent book selection. If it weren't so loud most of the time, it would be a great place to study as well. I've visited at different times of day and different days of the week, and it safe to say its not a great place for people with intellectual disabilities like myself to do work. Even with headphones it gets difficult at times. The employees are very nice and helpful but don't have much consideration about the volume in there. Better off at the downtown location on Boylston Street."
"I love coming to this library, it is spacious and clean as stated in other reviews. They have section specifically for new releases and books in high demand and they are able to fulfill book holds quickly. Additionally they offer a wide selection of magazines and host courses and classes that benefit the local community. The cons are the hours - I do wish they were open later so that I could stop by after work more easily, and there are not many private rooms to book making this an un-ideal location if you're trying to work remotely and need to take meetings. I would love if the library hosted book clubs, offered other items that can be loaned out other than books (anything from gardening and baking tools to laptops), and if there was after-hours pickup of materials (perhaps from lock boxes)."
"New go to spot. Parking is the only issue. Staff here are awesome. Helpful and welcoming."
"Gorgeous, spacious interior- if you are still concerned with proximity to others, you will be able to find a seat 6+ feet away from others here. The librarians at the desk were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Def an underrated branch."
"Newly renovated, many events/activities for babies and kids."
