"I admitted here for my second masters and started my classes spring 2023 but I had to withdraw my course as I didn't like some credits also my father's financial issue with taking huge loan for my course as this university provides scholarships which is not sufficient to afford tuition fees. My experience was good as professors are so helpful and campus is also good but students are so much arrogant not to communicate so much as I am from India specially from Kolkata I had faced a lots of problems and feeling very stressed and lonely. Their education system is totally different to cope for those who come from India specially from University of Calcutta. Come to the point of fees that I got refund and I got only 60% of my whole tuition deposit to them. They took 40% and I don't understand what type of rule is that as they have the structure: the decision you will take late to withdraw, the amount of refund will be reduced even you don't like your course or you are facing family financial problem so sometimes you will face such circumstances you will be in dilemma that you should withdraw your course or not and that thought made me late decision. They don't bother. This thing I have realized they are highly professional and money minded. Otherwise Boston is a very good city with amazing shopping malls, cafes etc. I would recommend when you come here when you have full scholarship or if you are coming for masters then don't withdraw as try to transfer other university or course as they don't bother how much money you will lost which I honestly realized but I got only two weeks so not possible to apply others universities for different courses so I have wasted my time and money to pursue my course here. It's very unfortunate to me."
"Creating deadlier pathogens using gain of function should alarm all sober people. The administration, staff, researchers, and anyone who is involved should be investigated."
"The food is always tasty. They're located in the basement (G level) and they accept debit/credit cards. The employees are very nice and they have different menu daily. They have reasonable prices and the portions are more than enough for a single person"
"i enjoy the resources at the boston university library which is located inside the bu school of medicine. i enjoy the software programs available free on the computers. there are good hours at this library. there medical journals aren't read enough because the layout isn't conducive to privacy. when i was a resident at the Pine steet inn homeless shelter, i enjoyed reading and working here in the evening"
"I interviewed for this place. I came during a snow storm. It was really bad timing but everyone was nice and helpful. I got so lost but the professor was understanding and told me how cultured the students and city was."
