"Don’t lost your time here, super bad customer service and the atm machines just don’t work"
"The Best Bank in the U.S.A.. Staff knows you and goes out of their way to give you what you need. The fact they are open seven days a week puts them in a league all their own. While other banks close earlier and are closed on weekends,T.D. Bank is there when you need them."
"This branch under Manager Shannon practices discriminatory banking. Repeatedly requiring more than basic identification for non withdrawals, questioning direct deposits, and denied me access to my account (again not when I’m trying to withdraw funds) but adding a beneficiary license had just expired. However a white male walks into the bank says he left his wallet (has no form of Identification) he lives on the north shore never visited this location and is able to withdraw money at teller and leave within 5minutes by giving his address. I mentioned my previous experience to the teller I was working with who I had to give identification to deposit a check. She says ID is not always required for transactions but depends on comfort of the teller. Other words the biases of the teller or branch culture. I closed my account immediately. TD Bank needs a overhaul, improved training and accountability."
