"Awful service I wished I could give 0 stars. My registration and plates were cancelled because my license expired. I informed them of the change and they still charged me 7 months afterwards and then cancelled me in October for nonpayment smh. When I contacted them about this the man on the phone said he was busy and I am not an active customer incredibly rude. He then asked who my agent was that signed me up with them and when I gave her name he said she no longer worked there. I then told him that didn’t matter sir because I was an active customer after she left so I couldn’t understand where he was going with that statement. They don’t want to even look into because I would be owed a refund for paying for insurance for 7 months after my registration was cancelled and having no license. If this is how they rob their customers to make money I am glad I am no longer one."
