"I forgot what the young ladies name was that helped me, but she's fairly new (Oct hire) Hispanic, young. She was so helpful and informative. She marketed EVERYTHING that AAA had to offer, including the employees. She was super nice and very patient. I had so many questions and she answered them all. As for what I came for, a duplicate license, applying for a new membership, I accomplished everything I came to do quickly and effectively. Thank You"

"Had to make an appointment, but then still wait in line with walk-ins. Staff walked in 5 minutes before opening. Anyone with an appointment was made late. Air-conditioning was not on yet, so it was hot. Terrible conditions for getting a license pic. They were short staffed, yet they took walk ins anyway, so what's the point of making an appointment."
