"Excellent selection of books and beautiful atmosphere. The Lucky Day program provides reliable access to new releases that would otherwise sit on hold lists for months. Additionally, the printing services are indispensable to someone who would otherwise not have access to them. Staff is kind, helpful, and dedicated to maintaining this essential community space."
"This should not be called a library! The place is too loud to study, the staff seems nice , but they have loud conversations that interrupt the silence. It was frustrating, the noise was bad, and the front desk did not care about telling people to be quiet when they came in or left. Terrible experience."
"Has this expensive renovation done anything beyond make the library look nicer? Where’s a place where adults can study? Where are all the public computers? Is the entire basement librarian offices? How many librarians do you need to work in a small library like this? The only improvements are aesthetic and the fact that they actually now have some books on the shelves when the old library’s shelves were literally bare. Expensive upgrade that benefits a small portion of the community."
"Amazing community library after the expensive renovation."
"I was very excited for this library to re-open in Oak Square, as I know many young professionals live here and it would be great to have a local spot to get some work done or read. The staff seems nice, but they are extremely loud, constantly shouting to each other across the library which is just one large open space. The library is consistently full of very young children as well. This is not really a traditional library, it is more like a local community center or coffee shop."
