"Honestly, I never thought that I would be in search of funeral services within a five month period, but I was. Our family was faced with the death of our “Ma” in June and in November, we lost our Dad. 2021 was a difficult year for our family, but we found someone to lean on when we phoned the Eaton Funeral Home. From the very start, Skip was empathetic and so very helpful as we navigated the funeral process. His expertise was truly appreciated as we planned services for our parents. I think that the thing that I appreciated most was Skip’s and his team’s sensitivity to what we were going through. There was no pressure to make choices quickly; we were given options and plenty of time to “think about” how we wanted to honor our parents. Skip gave us the impression that he truly cared about our losses (He did!) and that he was there to get us through these tough times. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and guidance during this past year."
