"My loan was transferred without my knowledge to this company 3 months ago and I have had nothing but problems since then. Yesterday I called them 7 times asking to speak with a manager and was told different things every time. One representative told me to call back after 3pm. I did this and that representative told me that there are no managers after 3pm. Then I called again and was told a manager would call me back in an hour. Over an hour goes by , call back and the manager is in a meeting and will call me back. Fast forward to today 1/24/23 @ 3:20pm and still not a call back. Currently waiting on hold for a representative."
