"Worst Banking experience ever!! Direct Federal Credit Union has very limited ATM's in Massachusetts. Closest one to Foxboro is in Needham if you need to get cash or make an atm deposit. It is very inconvenient. They require 5 debit card transactions per month, remote deposits don't count towards the five. If you don't make the 5 transactions they hit you with a $10 fee. If you deposit a check for over $1000.00 they hold the money and release it in increments over a week's time instead of releasing the whole amount once the check has cleared. Only banking with them because of a low auto loan rate. Can't wait to be rid of them."
