"Would be nice if you fixed the card reader when the door is locked, you know so your customers can actually access an ATM to our bank…. It’s been broken for a year. Y’all are a BANK you have Money. Fix it!!!! Cant even access my own banks atm??? Yikes. The female manager here is lazy and terrible and parks in customer parking 24/7 when there are legit only 2 marked citizens parking spots in the lot. She wouldn’t take my cash and deposit it for me, told me to use the atm. Ma’am that’s quite literally your job. I’ll be reaching out to corporate to file a complaint about her."

"HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Teller left my account open after i left the establishment and deposited someone else’s check into my account and now my account is negative. This was after he put my cash transfer into the WRONG account. They admitted it was their fault and that the teller was untrained to do said transactions. They’ve done nothing to correct their mistake and have said it’s my responsibility to pay the money back. These people don’t care about their jobs and lose peoples money. The female manager is a condescending attitude ridden b. She blamed me for not “monitoring my account” as if that’s my job and not the job of the bank i trusted with my paychecks. Do not go here or trust them with your hard earned money. I’m seeking legal action against them and the teller."
