"Berkshire CPR is the place to go if you need/want to get certified in CPR. My first impression was pretty good and that remains through to my last impression. It started with my needing to be certified in a short timeframe but there were no classes available at Berkshire CPR before the deadline I was facing. Maricelli, the owner of the company, kindly got me in before the deadline I was facing passed. When I got there I was naturally nervous about whether I retained enough information from the online portion of the class to not make a fool of myself, let alone pass the class. Maricelli had such a kind and welcoming person my nervousness disappeared quickly. She knows her stuff and transfers her knowledge in a way that's easy to grasp and demonstrate. At the end of the class a complication came up when it was time to pay her (and I'm leaving it vague so she doesn't have a barage of people coming in purposefully claiming the same thing happened to them). The complication was in no way her fault and was completely mine. Most small business owners would have gotten angry at the other person. Well, if she did she definitely didn't show it. Finally, there was some glitch in the online portion of the class claiming I didn't finish the class. Long story short (I know, too late for that to be true), after I texted her screenshots showing I did, and after her spending a full day working, she worked late into the night to getting the glitch overridden and me officially certified two hours before my deadline was up."
