"I despised this place. When we first moved there in 2014 it didn't seem as bad. But then later we needed things fixed. Our kitchen floor looked like the rolling hills of GA and after months of being told we will fix it, it took my daughter falling through and going to the dr. for them to finally fix it the next day. Our sink leaked the whole time we were there off and on. Daughter fell through floor in her bedroom, and it took them almost a year to fix the crack in our tub. Because of the crack, the floor underneath it in bathroom and leading into hallway got bad. They said they would fix it, never showed up, husband cell through but I guess it's only because he didnt go to the dr that all they did was patch it and say they would be back the following Monday and never showed back up. They were too busy fixing other trailers for people to move in to even cafe about who was already there. Do not rent from them or any other park they own. I'm glad we were finally able to move away from the slum lords and the slum hole. Now my truck needs an alignment because of the roads they never fix. They just bandaid them. I repeat stay away from those parks owned by them."

"Helped move someone out. Roach infested. Trailers falling apart. Multiple health issues and hazards for anyone living out there. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person. Any street is cleaner than this place. If you read this and have no where else to go climb a tree and sleep up there and hang out with the squirrels this here is horrible and beyond fixing up anything."

"Not sure who owns it now, but 10 plus years ago the man was nothing but a liar and a theif We would go out of his way to lie, keep your deposit even tho it took you a day to clean it your self. Would not do any up- keep. The place was full of drugs and whores that would come bang on your door.... The park is nasty , ran down and the owner that eas back then, with his military career hanging on his wall and his I havent had pussy since pussy had me attitude. And the I'm gonna duck you over look. The biggest scam that is and once was. Specially if that ass hole that was running it , is still there. I called him out years ago , then he refused to speak with me. But if he needed that deposit that bad , more power to em. Even tho it's been 10 plus years ago , yeah I don't forget. Crackhead, whorehose of Dothan. Worse than down town Dothan prob But at 300 a month for a small place to stay, it may be worth it. If you can deal with thieves, drug addicts, whores and noise. Oh yeah to the man that ran thr place and or ownedowner. The light red hair/ blond, eye glasses wearing ass hole that thought he was something cause of some pictures on the wall of boot camp.
