"Went on a Saturday at 10:00 a.m. to pick up an ice cream cake that we ordered on-line. They were very busy. I stood under the "DD mobile app to-go pick-up" sign (on the Baskin Robins side of the business). I was there about 5 minutes before another customer stood next to me. When a young man working came along to DD confirm orders I told him I was there to pick up an ice cream cake. A woman working further back in the kitchen started hollering to me that I didn't give my name, so they didn't know what I needed. I told her that I hadn't been acknowledged, so of course I hadn't given my name. She hollered that I have to go to the register. She told me I was rude. I told her I was not trying to be rude. I looked up at the sign I was standing under and asked what she wants me to do. Go to the register. You will not get service unless you go to the register. The young man found my order and helped me carry to the car. He apologized for everything. I get it. They were busy. Each employee was in their zone pushing customers through as quick as possible. Long story short: Don't pick-up an ice cream cake at prime coffee and donut hours AND go to the register."

"Clean store, employees are nice and courteous and if not out in the cooler and you ask they will check the storage freezer to see if they have it"

"Should have read the reviews before going. Went through drive thru, and was greeted with, "Just a moment"...after waiting a few minutes, I decided to park, and walk in. Changed my mind after driving around to the front, seeing maybe one car in the parking lot, and ZERO customers inside. Never again. Explains why the nearby mom and pop ice cream shop seems steady most of the time."

"These kids were personable and took good care of us. They were even taking custom donut orders when we got there (someone wanted bacon on a donut, so the young men hooked them up). They were patient while all 3 of my kids decided what kinds of ice creams and treats that they wanted. We hope to visit again!"

"Went at 7:00 pm. Should have been opened till 10. Zero cars in parking lot. Tried both doors on the south side and both were locked. No one visible. About to drive off when Someone driving by into the adjoining gas station said the door on the north side was opened. It was. Went in and no one to be found. After waiting around a few minutes found a bell and rang it. An employee with dirty cleaning rags in hand waited on us. Unappetizing and unsanitary. No fruit flavors except diet strawberry. Rest were candy flavors like heath bar, snickers, brownie, rocky road, etc. If I were franchise owner I’d make sure signs were posted on locked doors indicating how to enter. No wonder there were zero customers. It appeared closed and locked up. I’d also vary the flavor selection. They were out of waffle cones, too. I’d make sure employees washed their hands before serving customers, especially after apparently cleaning toilets."
