"I ordered a blueberry bagel ($3) with honey vanilla cream cheese ($2). This is the amount of cream cheese I paid $2 extra for!!? I love cream cheese, so this was very disappointing, I could barely even taste it. I took my bagel to go, so I only noticed after I had already left, so there was nothing to be done about it at that point. I can’t believe they would even serve it like this :("

"The food was decent for a bagel shop that offers several types of bagels. Sandwiches made on bagels, breakfast sandwiches on bagels, and bagels. I suppose it great if you like bagels, I've never really gotten the hype about them. The service was good and they were friendly and willing to help, which is a plus these days."

"I really want to support local when I visit Amelia Island, but I won’t be back here. I waited 50 minutes for two bagels sandwiches, just standard off-the-menu items. Several people who ordered after me got their order before me,. I asked and there were still 3 tickets ahead of me. A couple I talked to had stopped in before an 8 hour drive for something quick, and they had been waiting 45 minutes. Their breakfast choice is going to make them get home an hour later than planned. An employee told me they only have one cook, but it’s just bagels. These should be quickly assembled items and get people out the door. Bagel, cream cheese, some toppings. Maybe 2 minutes per item. They told someone else around when I got there that were at a 15-20 minute wait. I thought that was long!! They kept taking orders quicker than they were bringing them out. They also didn’t tell anyone who didn’t ask that they were at a long wait. The owners and the shop seem cute and like a place I want to support, but they need more cooks, a smaller menu, better operations, or a number of factors fixed before I would return."

"I dropped in for a late breakfast today and was very pleased with the service and meal I received. I had the everything bagel with bacon and egg and cheese. The bagel sandwich was amazing and the service was friendly. I got my meal not long after ordering. The decor inside and out was very cool with neon tiki's and an island theme. I would definitely recommend Aloha Bagel and Bakery."
