"I was excited when jerseys mike opened up. I absolutely love jerseys mikes till now. The first time i was there the cashier came over to help make my sandwich with the gloves he was wearing to give change and punch in the orders. i stoped himed and explained not to do that and the reason why. Today the cashier after taking money and giving change came over to the center and started putting my sandwich together I explained to her that she just got done handling money and now she’s touching my food. I asked for a manager he came over and I explained that to him, and while I was explaining it to him, the same woman is talking on her phone handling hot food. when she got done talking on her phone she Some paint and also that put on gloves and came over started making sandwiches. I’ve never seen that before. I will never go in that Jersey Mike’s again. I can just imagine what they do that customers don’t see. The manager didn’t seem to care"
"What an amazing team and great food !!! This is the nicest employees I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant and considering how busy they are it’s even more impressive . I will definitely be back to this restaurant. #13 mikes way is the best sandwich hands down ."
"I came In at 7 pm last night and waited an hour for a giant chicken cheesesteak. I got home and started eating it and quickly realized there wasn't a single piece of meat in my sandwich. Just peppers onions and cheese. By the time I started eating it when I got home, the store was closed. I came in today with half of the sandwich because I threw the other half away that I had started eating and they (the cook who made that ridiculous meatless sandwich to begin with) told me they would only make me half of a sandwich when I paid for a giant sandwich. They could clearly see there was no meat on it and knew the other half didn't have meat on it either and still refused to correct it and make me a new giant sandwich that I paid for. Very unacceptable. PUT CHICKEN ON THE CHICKEN CHEESESTEAKS! I don't understand how incompetent you have to be to not do that but I guess the cook is just that dumb."
"Missing ingredients from my order in both subs. What is the point of customizing your sandwich if they’re going to ignore it and make it the way they want to. Also, when someone takes the time to say who each sandwich is for, please label them so I don’t have to dig through someone else’s food to see which is which. I realize this is a new place, but reading and order screen or receipt is fundamental to this type of business. Getting an order to go, driving all the way home, and then seeing your order is wrong is just a bad customer experience all the way around."
"I have to give a review. Opening day and they are extremely busy but handled everything well and made sure everyone was taken care of and happy. I am allergic to gluten and informed them of my allergy and they made sure nothing was cross contaminated and they have gluten free sub rolls which i love. The gluten free sub bread they use is so good! I highly recommend going here. My husband got the philiy and he loves the giant regular bread says it's the best sub bread he has had."
