"It's a good place but lately I hear batista complaining about customers flirting or something,,, now they telling customers they are receiving strikes I guess too many and refuse service... I hear many have been getting strikes so I'm going to boycott for 6 months until the drama queens go away... strange customer service near heard this before"

"We stopped on our way south. This location is right off 95. We did a mobile order about 10 minutes out and it was ready when we arrived. Food and drinks were as expected. We visited about 4 in the afternoon and there was a line inside and at the drive thru. There is not a very big parking lot. Parking available along front and one side. The bathrooms were not too bad but did need some attention. The staff was friendly and helpful despite being so busy."

"This is a pretty hard evaluation to do because their product, is as it always is very good. It's Best In Class! So, the question becomes why can't I give this Starbucks five stars? Getting right to it I deducted two stars because for starters there was no air conditioning A/C in this building. That's right. No A/C and no ceiling fans to at least circulate the warm air. Two other things burned my biscuits. The tables hadn't been cleaned I found this out by sticky, sticky. Have you ever had a paper or a newspaper rip because of a sticky table? Then there was the napkins. By the time I was able to actually get one they were all hopelessly stuck together. So what kind of argument am I making here is it one of customer service or just mere complaining? It's both. Starbucks is a very good company that consistently delivers very quality products to it's customer base. Their facilities and service delivery, like their app, are also very good. I probably should have ordered the coffee for departure and then moved forward from there. The coffee I had was, like always, awesome. ☕"
