"With 6 people in our car, they would only accept 2 moblie orders that had already been paid for. No one else in line or drive-thru, shut the window in or face and made us drive around an empty drive-thru to pickup our 3rd order.."

"BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. SKIP THIS LOCATION. 3:40 pm on Sunday. At the pay window the obviously irritated cashier swung her hair around and said I would have to drive around and place another order to add a pie BEFORE I PAID FOR MY MEAL. At the food window asked for a manager. A man obviously off the grill line who wasn’t the manager, said he was the manager and his GM wouldn’t allow adding at the window as it messed with drive through times. Ridiculous. I mentioned the cashiers freely swinging waist long dozen braids were not in code for working with food (they were everywhere anytime she moved) and she brought me the pie receipt two minutes later LEAVING HER OWN WINDOW TO DO SO and smiling brightly as she swung her still unrestrained hair WITH EXTRA FLAIR. Thank you ‘manager.’ Won’t go here again. Life is too short and there are many many other local restaurants that actually care about their customers. And Zaxby’s is right next-door! I suppose it is not an error this stores receipts don’t have the verification code that allows you to go to McDonald’s online and review your visit……"

"My order wasn't right, I had to turn around & go back then I had to ask the cashier to check on my replacement order which was just sitting there in the back,employee's were just talking amongst each other, another customer who was in the drive thru had been outside waiting for her order over 20 minutes & told them to just refund her money. Something needs to be done about the employee's at this particular McDonald's... SERIOUSLY!!!!"

"The food was not good nor bad but my cousin got two chicken nugget happy meals and they are out of minion toys and gave you but that is the least of my problems because they gave her big Mac sauce in one chicken nugget box. There are flies everywhere and it is disgusting. The burger isn't easy to chew either it is like chew rubber. There was two dead cockroaches in the corner of the ladies bathroom. They forgot multiple things. The fries were not good. There was not enough salt but I don't mind that but the thing that bothered was that some of the fries were hard as a rock And others were soggy or super soft. But also the workers barely even did their job. On the outside it looks like a normal good McDonald's but it is so dirty and gross on the inside. That place made me want to throw up!! To be honest I really don't know how they are still in business. I bet most of those 5 star reviews are fake or by the workers and their friends and family!!"

"Went here for lunch to use my deal from the app. Placed my order having to repeat the code multiple times because the person taking the order had trouble relaying the numbers in the proper order to the person typing it in. My phone gave me the confirmation that the order went through, only to get to the window to find out that the one on the headset was the trainer and the person typing it in was the trainee. The Trainer was so nasty with her attitude and the way she shoved my card in my hand, I had to take a moment to keep from cussing her out. So my numbers were not used on my order and I ended up paying full price due to the trainer not listening. The owner really needs to vet their staff because it’s gonna eventually hurt their business. This will definitely be my last lunch visit."
