"Phenomenal service! I ordered a pizza that was missing a topping. Once my order was delivered, the website prompts you to report any possible missing items. I mentioned a topping was missing, and was given 60 points on my account, which I thought was more than fair. To my surprise, 20 mins later, my entire order arrived again. It was replaced free of charge! Only pizza place I order from. Hot, fresh, fast and friendly service. Highly recommend."

"Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. I live roughly 3-4 miles from the store. When it came down to a rough day with 2 kids pizza was the best choice. Ordered the pizza and everything was fine until I realized it was over 20 min since the driver left the store, went back to the app to see “order complete”. Called the store and I got the “I don’t know anything about this, I guess his app is messing up.” Not once did they reach out to let us know something happened, they just put it as delivered and moved on. Pretty ridiculous."
