"Visiting the st. Marys location today, Aug 19th 2024 between 8pm and 8:05pm I overheard the phrase "I hate gay people" spoken loudly by a kitchen crew member at least half a dozen times in the brief time I was there. Inexcusable behavior in any situation, but I did not expect it from the Arby's crew making sandwiches."

"I've rarely gone to this particular store and found nothing wrong. Either food is not what we ordered or is made improperly. Even got half filled fries once. Our last visit was at night and we're told they ran out of roast beef only to find out from the management next day that this was a lie and the employees simply didn't want to cut more. My food has always been corrected upon contacting management but it's far too frequent and I avoid going here."

"It's a fast food place. It's not a lot to say but food is good. I love their Roast Beef sandwiches. The girl with the dry throat was super friendly and nice. And I got exactly what I ordered. I had a phenomenal lunch. I'm in a good mood."

"Saw the meat mountain on you tube, wasn't sure if what real. Well I can assure you it is and it's here. Staff was friendly and quick. Place was clean. The mountain was giant. I suggest you try it once in your life. This sandwich which has chicken tenders, turkey, roast beef, bacon and ham will set you back by about 16 dollars and take a year off your life if you finish it, but it's worth it"
