"Usually enjoy this restaurant every time, decided to make a reservation just in case they were busy, we were late but called. The first half of the 7 person party had already arrived, got our table and ordered drinks, which they refused to serve until the entire party was there and seated. Why? We were thirsty!!"

"My daughter is getting married and so we decided to go there with all the families. You would like 1520 people and so we took a whole big section and they had 2 per shafts. So cooks or whatever you want to call them. And one kid was 16 and the other 1 was maybe 25 neither of them were oriental. Yo, yo, you go to habachi because you expect to show spectacle. You expect them to be interactive and you're constantly in motion. So the kid that we had, who was 16 only been doing this for a couple months. Then say one word to us not 1 word. The other guy talked to everybody and none of them yell to the age up in the air and cracked it when it hit the spatula. None of them did anything. That didn't even cut up the shrimp. It was just so boring and the food was horrendous. I was really truly disappointed. Everybody took the food home and when they got it to the parking lot. There was a garbage can there and all the food was throwing away. This was probably me $400 with of food. Just throw it away if you're looking for good food. And you're looking for entertainment and a show and an experience. Go to the habachi grill down in St. John's town center in Jacksonville."

"The rice was outstanding, but the chicken was so over cooked you couldn’t chew it. It was actually hard from what looked like being dropped into a fryer. The rare steak was like jerky. It was just overall barely edible and being a first timer, I will also be a last timer."

"Contrary to other reviews, we had a great experience! Food was great and everyone was nice. The new chef, Preston, made good food and conversation. My family said the sushi was good, too. We will be back!"

"It's hit and miss here. Usually it's good but this last time, it's went downhill. It wasn't even busy that night. The service was slow and it took an hour to finally get a chef at the table to cook and then another hour til he finished. Wasn't very entertaining and he cooked each dish one by one, instead of several at a time like normal hibachi chefs do. Very disappointed in tonight's meal, might be awhile before we go back, it was that bad."
