"We ordered pizza here ordered 2 pizzas 1 cheese bread, 1 brownies and extra sauce, shakers and seasons. Received 1 cold pizza 1 cold cheese bread and 1 brownie, missing the extra sauces for the cheese bread, seasoning for the pizzas, had to call to find out were our items were, they said they were on the way 45 later they showed up w 2 cold pizzas and sauces by that time the kids were starved so they already ate the cheese bread so no point in the sauces we already paid for. the 2 cold pizzas well they were cold. Came in to the store to ask for them to make it right the lady acted ridiculous gave us 1 pizza. I'm disappointed and will not order from them if this is how they do buisness. The delivery guy was nice it wasn't his fault his team didn't pack the food correctly."

"I ordered pizzas to be delivered at 6pm Pizzas were delivered at 3:55 pm. Delivery driver extremely respectful and apologized. Management's on the other hand was rude and very short with me and said it was my fault. Her only solution was that I canceled the order send the driver back to pick up the food and that I reorder the pizza closer to 6 pm and that my refund would be issued in 3 to 5 business days. I'm sorry you want me to pay $140 in 1 day for mediocre pizza in hopes that I will get half of that back at some point. No thanks I gave the delivery driver a little extra cash for his troubles and wished him good luck working with somebody. That has zero customer service skills."

"Placed an online order at 6:15 pm and was told to expect delivery in 70 minutes. Review phone to find pizza was delivered. However the pizza was not delivered as of 7:48 pm. Called local store to speak to manager and all she could tell me is they would make another for delivery but could not tell me status of pizza because I used the app. We use the app multiple times each month and have never had this happened. I do not feel the manager was very helpful."

"I got the Super Hawaiian Pizza, and it was absolutely amazing! I got mine delivered. It was a little bit of a wait, but it was definitely worth it! Super good pizza!! Papa Johns is always delicious. My delivery guy was also very nice. 10/10"
