"I am a frequent visitor from Ohio and I have always enjoyed stopping in here and spending $$$. Until today. Dear 20 something, cocksure, little girl, I have been buying the same cigarettes for 30+ years and I assure you that I know exactly what I asked for and exactly what I should have gotten. So much for that "southern hospitality." I guess only adults know how to be respectful. I WILL NOT be returning to this establishment."

"Having to prepay for gas inside is such a joke. I avoid this place because the line is always long due to this so it's not worth having to grab something quick or get gas. I hope it is fixed soon. This should be a top priority. I also will not prepay inside if I have my kids with me because I am not dragging the entire crew in the gas station to pay for gas. I only go here in emergency situations. I'm surprised that the owners have required you to prepay inside as long as they have, because they are probably losing so much money."
