"Jake was kind and had great customer service. We even got a little mixed up on what was asked about what we wanted on the sandwoches and he corrected it immediately without complaint and still maintained great customer service. Very kind! There was another employee there (not sure of his name) but he was young looking kinda guy with dark brown hair. He was rude. When Jake asked him what he could do to help with our sandwiches, the young guy replied, "you're doing a pretty good job of standing there." Jake was trying to help and deliver good customer service but that kid was nasty. We were the only ones there ordering sandwiches so it wasn't like it was busy and he had a reason to be upset due to it being busy. Jake - thank you for your kindness and great customer service! Jake's coworker - might need to work on that customer service."
