"Roasted Rooster is easily the best coffee we have had not only in Callahan, but in all of Jacksonville (and quite possibly beyond) They also have more sugar free and dairy free options than other coffee houses! (especially Starbucks) My only reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is honestly their ambiance… it is a beautiful location but they still kinda treat it like a food truck. (Walk-up and take out) I would love to meet clients here or to sit and get some work done but they desperately need tables and chairs- not just waiting benches… maybe even some coffee house music and a few more pastry/ breakfast bite options."
