El Dorado Mexican Restaurant

"Terrible food and customer service. Older lady with glasses just had ZERO enthusiasm. From the moment I walk in she’s like “Go take a seat.” Everything I ask her she responds with a very passive aggressive tone. If she hates her job do her a favor and get her out of there. She told me to press the button to tip her. I don’t think she deserved anything for her awful hospitality but I gave her something. I told her have a good day and she just grunted. This place doesn’t look like it’s doing good but one thing that will get it shut down is terrible customer service like that. She was also talking to everyone else like that. So absurd."

"Havent been here since I moved years ago. It is just as I remember the place 10+ years ago when I lived in town. So glad to see familiar faces still working there!! Pollo Loco is it!! So delish. And that rice is on point too! Fast service! Love this place and will def be back if I'm in town again!! Thank you Fabi and fam!!!"

"Really disappointing. We called our order in..(food for 7 people) Picked it up and came straight home. It was already room temp when we received it. I had to put cheese on my $12 quesadilla. The chicken was tough and dry. The side salad was swimming in some nasty gray looking water. It was not edible. My husband got soft beef tacos. The hamburger meat (we were expecting shredded beef) was so greasy that the flour tortillas were mush. We won't bother getting food from this restaurant again. It was shocking to read the positive reviews and then get the really bad food we did. In response to your questions below, we live 6.1 miles from your restaurant. We called in an order (today) then left to pick it up then came straight home. I can't imagine any reason to have a salad full of nasty water. Nor any reason to send out a quesadilla with no cheese on it. It's offensive to insinuate it was my fault the meal was so bad."

"Not bad for the price, the service was good too. The food was hot and the portions were good, not so much that you feel miserable after eating. I've had better but I've also had much worst so El Dorado is on the higher end of the scale and it's definitely worth a visit. They advertise a buffet on Sundays, might be worth trying."

"First visit today, it is a very busy restaurant so we tried to wait for a weekday after lunch. The menu is pretty typical mexican food. We both really enjoyed our meals. I'm pretty sure they make their own salsa, and taco shells ect. I've consumed a lot of Mexican food in my life and while it wasn't anything special, it was on point taste and portion wise. Our waitress was friendly and kept our drinks topped off."
