"I highly recommend Greg as personal trainer I been to a couple of trainers and what I like about him is that you can tell he is actually passionate and know what he’s talking about helping you towards your goal. I gained over 50 plus pounds over the years I have pcos and had problems with my knee and he been working with me at the beginning doing two sessions a week. I can tell you I worked with personal trainers before and he mentally and physically changed my life. He doesn’t let you give up and pushes you to the limit. He works with you, corrects your form, and doesn’t give you a couple of exercises and walks away. I am now doing three sessions and working on nutrition with him he can tell me that unicorns are alive and I’ll believe him. If your looking for your next personal trainer try one session with and you’ll know what I’m talking about. You won’t be disappointed."
