"Fantastic experience here. I went in looking for a pair of running shoes without knowing much going in. The manager there worked with me 1-1 for about an hour. First doing an analysis of my feet and gait, then recommending, letting me try on probably about a dozen pairs of shoes, and hearing how I felt about each pair so they could adapt their recommendation. James was extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. It never felt like I was rushed or pushed into purchasing anything. Best experience at a running store yet!"

"Came for a gait analysis and a new pair of sneakers. Someone must have called out on this day because there was only one employee on the floor attending to customers and ringing people up at the register. He rotated among myself and two other ladies, one shopping for shoes for her son and the other for herself (and she had a million questions). Everyone was helped and left purchasing what they came in for. I was really impressed how this associate handled the situation as the flow of customers did not ease up, but he never broke a sweat. He had me test out 3 pairs of sneakers by running on a treadmill after analyzing my gait and compared my running in each of them. There was a camera behind the treadmill that recorded my legs from the knees down. I learned a lot getting to see the slow mo videos of my running to see my foot strike and how my my feet rolled inward as I ran. It was really cool. Though he was clearly busy, he never made me feel rushed while I was trying to figure out which shoe would work best for me. I left spending more than I originally budgeted, but I was so impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness, patience and customer service that I didn't mind dropping the extra money. Thank you Tim for all of your help! I can't wait to break in my new sneakers!"
